Zanotta at the travelling exhibition "3CODESIGN. 3 R: Ridurre Riciclare Riutilizzare".

The exhibition, curated by Silvana Annicchiarico and promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International cooperation, proposes a selection of  objects, products and accessories that are either recycled or made of sustainable materials and with sustainable technologies, all designed by Italian designers and companies.Zanotta joins this project with Sacco goes green, the eco-sustainable model of the famous ergonomic armchair designed by Gatti, Paolini, Teodoro, featuring the outer cover in ECONYL®, a 100% recycled nylon thread made of fishing nets and plastic waste, recovered from the sea bed, while the upholstery is made of BioFoam® microspheres, a  biodegradable and compostable bioplastic obtained from sugar cane.
Make waste become raw materials again. Putting recycling and reuse at the base of a circular economy that knows how to go beyond squandering and waste. Rethinking design and production according not only to environmental sustainability, but also to a new sociality based on sharing, responsibility and respect for future generations. These are the themes investigated by the exhibition that offers an overview of the emerging solutions and proposals resulting from the new Italian eco-design that has as its primary objective to contribute to the construction of a new ecology of artificial. 
The first leg opened on May 27 to July 2, 2021.
The second leg was inaugurated at Sea World Culture and Arts Center in Shenzhen, on October 17 and will be open until December 5.
The exhibition will be touring until 2023.
